World’s Largest One-day Leadership Conference to be Simulcast in Clermont County; Online Registration Now Open

Clermont County, OH — For the second year, LEAD Clermont Academy will host a simulcast of the world’s largest one-day leadership conference, Leadercast, shared live from Atlanta with hundreds of locations in twenty countries on May 4, 2018. This year’s Clermont simulcast site is Crossroads East Side.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Lead Yourself.” What does it look like to lead yourself? How can you intentionally develop your own leadership skills and style? What qualities do you hope to embody as a leader?

The Leadercast Live stage will feature leaders who will answer these questions and explain the power and importance of leading yourself first so you can lead others well. Among the speakers this year are:

  • Mae Jemison – NASA Astronaut, Engineer & Physician;
  • Ian Cron – Bestselling Author, Psychotherapist, Enneagram teacher and    Speaker;
  • Andy Stanley – Leadership Author & Communicator;
  • Jim Loehr – Co-founder of the Human Performance Institute;
  • Jen Bricker – Acrobat, Aerialist, Author & Speaker;
  • Michael Hyatt – Author, Speaker and CEO of Michael Hyatt & Company;
  • Carey Lohrenz – The First Female F-14 Pilot, Speaker & Trainer.

LEAD Clermont Academy, an initiative of the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce Foundation, seeks to improve the economic vitality of the community through stewardship, service and friendship. Now in its thirtieth year with more than 500 graduates, the Academy’s flagship leadership education program, LEAD Classic, offers an eleven-month series of classes and team-building activities. Participants come from County businesses, government, nonprofits, faith-based groups and educational institutions.

To develop and deploy leadership across a lifetime, the LEAD Clermont Academy curriculum now also includes LEAD Ready for high school students, LEAD Emerge for 20-39 year-old leaders, LEAD Encore for third-act career leaders and LEAD Over for alumni continuing education.
