Clermont County, Ohio (April 29, 2024) – The Clermont Chamber of Commerce, OhioMeansJobs Clermont, and the Clermont County Public Library are excited to announce the second annual “Take Home” Job Fair, set to take place during “In-Demand Jobs Week” from May 6 to May 10, 2024. In-Demand Jobs Week is an annual statewide celebration of the jobs, industries, and skills that are in demand in Ohio.
According to Governor Mike DeWine and Lt. Governor Jon Husted, “In-Demand Jobs Week is designed to promote Ohio’s most in-demand and fastest-growing industries through statewide hiring, education, and training events. This year’s theme is ‘Ohio, the Heart of Opportunity,’ highlighting the various opportunities available now and in the future, right here in the Buckeye State. From internships to apprenticeships, and from manufacturing to healthcare jobs, there is opportunity for you in Ohio.”
The Take Home Job Fair will provide job seekers with a unique opportunity to learn about the different career opportunities available in the area from the comfort of their own homes. From available jobs, to shoring up soft skills, to available programs at career technical schools, visitors of any of the Clermont County Public Library branches will have access to a kit full of valuable resources.

With the current job market being as competitive as it is, we believe that this event will provide job seekers with a great opportunity to connect with potential employers and find meaningful employment.”
