SHAREFAX CREDIT UNION TO BREAK GROUND ON CLERMONT COUNTY HEADQUARTERS
Four-story office building to house leaders of one of the region’s leading financial institutions

CINCINNATI — Sharefax Credit Union is breaking ground on a new 30,000 square foot office space and branch at 604 Ivy Gateway in Clermont County. The new facility will serve the needs of the financial institution’s 33,000 members and position the credit union for further growth. The building is being designed and built by local firms K4 Architecture + Design and Hunt Builders.
Sharefax will commemorate the new building and the milestone it represents to the organization during a groundbreaking ceremony at the site January 23 at 3:30 p.m.
The contemporary building will use a variety of materials that will create a high-profile presence within the community and will be visible from I-275. Construction is expected to be completed within a year.
“We are excited to build this new facility that will serve our members, employees and the community for many years to come as we continue to grow,” said Sharefax President Arthur Kremer. “This will create a signature space for us and a visible reminder of our continued commitment to Clermont County and the Greater Cincinnati area.”
Building plans include an office building to house existing employees while providing space for future expansion. The location will also feature a new Sharefax branch with three drive through lanes, an ATM, and two Interactive Teller Machines. The branch will incorporate the latest technology to make doing business with Sharefax extremely convenient.
