What is LEAD Clermont Academy and Why do we need it?

Purpose: the LEAD Clermont Academy (LCA) exists to improve the economic vitality of Clermont County, through Stewardship, Leadership and Friendship.

Mission: to develop ethical, effective leadership skills at all ages, and to deploy those skills for the betterment of the Clermont community –its businesses, social services organizations, government entities, faith-based organizations, and families.  To be seen as a significantly impactful county and regional asset.

LEAD Clermont Academy provides LEADership education/development AND engagement/deployment of LEADers into the community to serve on boards, lead important projects and events.

Why a LEAD Clermont Academy?” To paraphrase an old Mickey Mouse Club chant: “Why, because we love you!”
