Calling all Non-Profits… Board Bank is here!

Are you looking for qualified Board Candidates and committee members??

Who isn’t, right?? I am excited to tell you about a new tool I am confident will make it easier than ever for you to fill your boards and committees with the best and brightest volunteers in our region — and you’re exclusively invited to be one of the first early adopters of the program.

The first wave of qualified Board candidates will be invited to search the BoardBank data base beginning the first of December. Make sure your organization’s profile is there for them to see and consider!

LEAD Clermont Academy, United Way of Greater Cincinnati, The Fifth Third Foundation, and several other community partners are proud to announce the launch of BoardBank.

BoardBank is a powerful online resource for our community that provides a simple, seamless, one-stop-shop platform for local leaders and nonprofit organizations to find and fill board positions.

BoardBank attracts only the best and brightest candidates. Each candidate is a graduate of a leadership development programs offered in the Greater Cincinnati Region and is pre-vetted by one of the below listed programs represented on the BoardBank Advisory Committee.

• Clermont County Chamber’s LEAD Clermont Academy
• ArtsWave’s BOARDway Bound program
• Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s Alumni Network
• Cincinnati Bar Association’s Board Training program
• Northern Kentucky Chamber’s Leadership NKY program
• Junior League of Cincinnati’s Board Training program
• United Way of Greater Cincinnati’s BOLD program
• Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio’s Urban Leadership program
• YWCA’s Rising Stars program

Think of it as a job posting site for all your board and committee needs. Simply post available board and committee positions. Nonprofits fill out general information on their profile, such as mission focus and service populations, making it possible to be matched with candidates passionate about their specific cause. The nonprofit postings are then filled just as they would be on any other job posting website.

This service is FREE from now until August 2018. (After that it will be an affordable $50/year if you find that it is helpful.) It takes about 15 minutes to set up your profile, and less than that to add Board and Committee positions as you have them.

But you should act right now! When the call goes out to those seeking Board positions the first of December, you want to be sure your agency is among those listed for the first wave of qualified candidates to apply!
