How long have you been in business?
We started the business in 1989,  Coming up on 30 years!
Describe your business and the products/services you offer?
Our primary service is Driveshafts, We service and sell aluminum and steel  Driveshafts for Heavy trucks, Cars old and new, Tractors and Machinery. We also sell Transmissions and differentials for cars and trucks, Clutches for heavy trucks and cars, Flywheel machining as well.
Why did you choose Clermont County to open B&T Driveshaft?
I started the business in Clermont County because it is growing day by day, Most of my customers are in Clermont County. Also, I live in Clermont County so it’s nice to work close to home!
As a business owner, what are your top 3 priorities?
My top priorities are, Servicing my customers with good service and the best price possible, Continue to grow the company, Taking care of my employees to the best of my ability.
If you were to tell one person “THANK YOU” for helping me become the person You are today, who would it be and why?
My Father had me working at a young age,  He had a heavy equipment company and taught me to operate heavy equipment, I have always worked hard and don’t mind doing so. My work ethic comes from within but my i still owe that to my Father.
Where do you see yourself and your business in the next 5 years?
I have my son Jeff who has come on to help me run the company. With his help and youthful energy, we have continued to grow into new markets. I would like to personally slow down my work schedule in the next few years and let him run the operation.
And the most important question of them all, do you have any hidden talents?
I am not sure I have any “Hidden Talents” If I do I would be happy to share them with you.
