2022 Law Enforcement Appreciation award winners announced

Union Township, Clermont County Ohio (April 12, 2022) – The Clermont Chamber of Commerce Foundation is pleased to announce the 2022 Law Enforcement Appreciation Banquet award winners.

In 1962, President Kennedy proclaimed May 15th as National Peace Officers Memorial Day and the calendar week in which May 15th falls, as National Police Week. Established by a joint resolution of Congress in 1962, National Police Week pays special recognition to those law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty for the safety and protection of others.

For over 30 years, the Clermont Chamber of Commerce has partnered with law enforcement agencies to present the Clermont County Law Enforcement Appreciation Banquet to show our thanks for the tremendously good acts performed by our police and citizens that are not always publicized. This commitment is because we understand how vital law enforcement is to the health, safety, and general welfare of everyone in our community.

This special event also raises thousands of dollars for the University of Cincinnati Clermont College Law Enforcement Scholarship Fund.
