Self-care is essential. The year of 2020 and the global, COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to examine how we are caring for ourselves, family members and our employees.
A collaborative effort between the Clermont Chamber, HealthSource of Ohio, Mercy Health, and the Clermont Mental Health & Recovery Board have launched the Clermont Chamber Health & Wellness Series. This series will offer a variety of topics and provide our Members with valuable resources to gain effective and healthy coping skills with the emotional, mental, and physical crisis that has plagued our world this year.
