Chamber Announces Kelli Fickle as New Director of LEAD Clermont Community Leadership Program

Union Township, Clermont County Ohio (June 27, 2024) – The Clermont Chamber of Commerce Foundation is excited to announce the appointment of Kelli Fickle as the new Leadership Program Director of the LEAD Clermont Community Leadership Program (LEAD Clermont CLP).

LEAD Clermont CLP, now in its 37th year, is a transformative program designed to empower and develop leaders who are passionate about making a positive impact on Clermont County. Through a ten-month curriculum, participants gain valuable leadership and team-building skills, connect with influential community members, and build lasting relationships that extend beyond the program.

Kelli Fickle brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to leadership development to her new role. As the Associate to the Dean at the University of Cincinnati Clermont College, Kelli has over 21 years of experience in higher education administration. Her dedication to leadership development extends beyond her professional career, as she is a proud graduate of the LEAD Clermont Class of 2022 and is actively involved in the program’s alumni network.

Kelli’s dynamic approach and unwavering commitment to excellence will undoubtedly elevate the program.”

Kelli succeeds Bob Pautke, who has served as Executive Director since 2012. Pautke will continue to utilize his expertise through his company, SOAR with Purpose, inspiring individuals to discover their strengths and achieve their potential. The Clermont Chamber Foundation thanks Bob for his dedication and leadership in shaping LEAD Clermont into the impactful program it is today.

Fickle’s background in leadership development, coupled with her diverse experience, positions LEAD Clermont for new heights. The program will continue to equip leaders with the skills and connections needed to create a stronger, more vibrant Clermont County.
