Twenty-six Milford High School sophomores and juniors came together on May 2nd as the second MHS LEAD Ready class. What amazing talent, hungry to learn more about leadership and put those skills to good use at MHS and in the community.
Over the course of 7 classes they will experience The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership: Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart. But that’s not all! There will also be experiential learning on critical thinking, communications, presentations, networking, and a variety of other so-called soft skills (we like to call these “the necessities of successful living skills”).
This is the fourth LEAD Ready cohort in Clermont – from those experiences, we can honestly say that America’s future will be in very good hands…hands of very good leaders.
