March 2020 Primary Election Levy Education

It is the purpose of the Clermont Chamber of Commerce to safeguard and strengthen the collective interests of the Clermont County business community.  In that regard, from time-to-time the Chamber will weigh-in on matters of public policy that influence our ability to create jobs and attract and retain successful businesses.

For the March 17, 2020 Primary Election which includes a tax levy for Loveland City School District, New Richmond Exempted Village Schools, West Clermont Local Schools, and Williamsburg Schools, the Clermont Chamber will work to educate the voters on levy details. 

Operating Levy for Loveland Schools

Loveland Schools have a 6.95-mill operating levy on the March 17 ballot. The levy will provide the financial support to ensure that Loveland remains a high-quality, stable, and strong school district by sustaining academic programs and the progress made in student achievement.


Operating Levy for New Richmond Exempted Village School District

Voters in the New Richmond Exempted Village School District will consider a 9.4-mill tax levy for operations on the March 17 ballot. The last time district voters considered an operating levy was 1977, 43 years ago… read more.


Operating Levy for West Clermont School District

On March 17th, West Clermont School District will have a 7.99 mill operating levy on the ballot. West Clermont School District’s most vital need is stabilization to protect and continue the current level of programs and services


Bond Issue for Williamsburg Local Schools

Williamsburg Local Schools will have a 8.3 mil levy on the March 17 ballot. This bond issue will fund a new and modern pre K-5th grade elementary school on the site of the old high school.  The original three-story Main Street section of the old high school will be renovated… read more.
