Clermont Chamber of Commerce Foundation announces 2018 Law Enforcement Appreciation award recipients

Clermont County, Ohio- The Clermont Chamber of Commerce Foundation is pleased to announce the 2018 Law Enforcement Appreciation Banquet award winners. In 1962, President Kennedy proclaimed May 15th as National Peace Officers Memorial Day and the calendar week in which May 15th falls, as National Police Week.  Established by a joint resolution of Congress in 1962, National Police Week pays special recognition to those law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty for the safety and protection of others.

For over 30 years the Chamber of Commerce has partnered with law enforcement agencies to present the Clermont County Law Enforcement Appreciation Banquet to show our thanks for the tremendously good acts performed by our police and citizens that are not always publicized.  This commitment is because we understand that law enforcement is critical to the health, safety and general welfare of everyone in our community.
