Towne Construction Services has been around since 2005, specializing in asphalt, paving, and concrete construction. TCS was officially formed in 2008 in order to focus on commercial and municipal site development projects.  Towne Construction Services, LLC operates two distinct divisions:

• TowneScapes specializes in residential landscape and hardscape installations including stamped/decorative concrete, pavers and natural stone patios, pool decks, and walkways as well as landscape design and installation, outdoor rooms/kitchens, outdoor fireplaces, pergolas/arbors, and pool houses.
• Towne Construction Services provides self-performed site construction in the light- and medium commercial construction markets.  Our services include site and building concrete, soil excavation, underground utilities, and asphalt paving.

We work within a 150 -mile radius of Greater Cincinnati for a broad array of general contractor, construction manager, and real estate developer clients.

What’s the most important thing your business does? 

The most important thing we do as a business is hire, train, retain, and develop every level of our team to ensure we have the best men and women available in every position.  Keeping our team together and working towards continuous improvement is our top priority every single day.

When faced with two equally-qualified candidates, how do you determine whom to hire?

When deciding between applicants, we often rely on trial periods that last anywhere from one week to one month.  Interviews and resumes can only tell you so much.  Seeing someone in action is more likely to reveal their true mettle.

Favorite vacation spot?

Anywhere in the mountains!
