What are the most important decisions you make as a leader of your organization?
Some of the most important decisions that were made in our organization was who to hire. Our goal is to continue to create a culture where our employees are encouraged to grow and continue to learn, even from each other. We understand that the most valuable part of our company are the people within it and we want to be able to develop future leaders for our organization.
How do you encourage creative thinking within your organization?
As a geotechnical design consulting firm, our creativity comes from the service we provide to our clients. We optimize our retaining wall designs by incorporating innovative ideas and focusing on our clients and their needs.
What do you think is Clermont County’s best-kept secret?
The best-kept secret in Clermont County is the charitable giving. There are a lot of great organizations and volunteers doing good things in the community that don’t get the recognition they deserve.
